Mel is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with over a decade of finance leadership experience across eCommerce, retail, and consumer goods. She has held senior finance roles at leading global brands including Princess Polly and Beginning Boutique, where she helped scale financial operations through periods of rapid growth and global expansion.
As Founder of Chase, Melissa partners with eCommerce businesses to bring clarity, control, and confidence to their growth journey. She specialises in building financial frameworks, systems, and insights that transform complexity into direction, giving founders the strategic finance leadership of a big-brand CFO, without the overhead of a full-time hire.

Jess is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) with a decade of experience in accounting and finance, including more than 5 years working with global eCommerce brands.
Jess specialises in performance reporting, data integrity, scenario planning and feasibility analysis, giving founders the clarity and confidence they need before making investment or operational decisions. Jess works closely with Mel to ensure every recommendation is backed by numbers you can trust.
