Terms of Service - Trade Pulse

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Trade Pulse dashboard ("the Service"), operated by Chase Consultants Pty Ltd ("Chase Consultants", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Trade Pulse is a financial-reporting dashboard that consolidates a client's commerce and advertising data into reporting and analysis. It is a reporting tool only: it does not create or manage advertising campaigns, orders, budgets or account settings, and the reporting it presents does not by itself constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

3. Accounts and access

Access to the Service is by individual login. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. Each client is provisioned an isolated tenant and may access only its own data.

4. Connected platforms

Where you connect or authorise a third-party platform (for example Shopify, Google Ads or Meta), you authorise us to access the relevant data on a read-only basis to provide the Service. You represent that you have the authority to grant that access. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access data that is not yours, interfere with or disrupt its operation, reverse-engineer it, or use it in breach of any law or third-party terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content (but excluding your data), is owned by Chase Consultants. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended reporting purpose. No other rights are granted.

7. Your data

Your data remains yours. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or make it visible to other clients.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Reporting is derived from third-party data (such as Shopify, Google Ads and Meta) and may be estimated or subject to later restatement by those sources. We do not warrant that the Service or its data will be uninterrupted, complete or error-free, and reporting should not be relied on as the sole basis for financial decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chase Consultants is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
