Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number and business name, when you contact us, book a meeting or subscribe to updates.

Business information that you or your team provide during an engagement. This may include personal information about your staff, customers or suppliers.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries and provide our services, manage client relationships, billing and records, send updates you have subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time), and meet our legal, regulatory and professional obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with our team and contractors, who are bound by confidentiality; service providers that support our business, such as accounting, email, file storage, analysis and website hosting software, some of which may store data overseas; our professional advisers, insurers and professional body where required; and regulators or others where required by law.

Storage and security

We store information in secure, access-controlled systems and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet record-keeping obligations.

Complaints
